Utopia Travis Scott is the fourth studio album by American rapper Travis Scott. Utopia Travis Scott is to be released through Cactus Jack Records and Epic Records. The album follows his third studio album Astroworld (2018), and his compilation album JackBoys (2019).

Utopia is a fantasy world where government, laws, and social conditions are perfect. Travis Scott says his next album, “Utopia” will be in the same genre as Psychedelic Rock, he wants to build Utopia as a place with fields of cactus and mushrooms, where you can go crazy.

Psychedelic rock is a diverse style of rock music inspired and influenced by the psychedelic culture, which is heavily influenced by cognitive altering substances such as LSD, and Mescaline (found in cacti), and Psilocybin (found in cacti) found in some fungi).

Of course, Utopia will not be the type of Rock album like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, and Grateful Dead will do but will be a Rap album inspired by Psychedelic Rock. This will be a return to his original style, Travis will return to producing the entire Utopia album as before instead of depending on other Producers like in the previous album. Based on a few demo leaks, we can see that “Utopia” has an elegant sound, but is dark and has a slightly dark sound like dark ghost stories.

Recording for the album began in 2019 with Scott posting updates throughout recording sessions on social media.

Is Travis Scott Releasing His Album Utopia?

While no official release date has been set, the album is slated to release at some point in 2022.
Travis Scott began promo for the album Utopia in August of 2020 when he posted a handwritten note saying “see you in Utopia Travis Scott” on the Astroworld album’s second anniversary.

He first updated his Instagram bio to say “UTOPIA,” the name of his upcoming fourth studio album, in October of the same year.
Following the events of the Astroworld Festival in November resulting in the deaths of ten audience members, Scott removed the album Utopia Travis Scott’s name from his bio.
On December 20, 2021, however, Utopia Travis Scott appeared once again on his Instagram profile.

However, in a series of posts shared on his Instagram Stories on Friday (January 14), Scott was spotted enjoying the sun before the showdown in an undisclosed location. a custom pair of Apple AirPods Max headphones with UTOPIA written on the side.

The day before the deadly Astroworld events on Nov. 4, Travis dropped a pair of tracks, “Mafia” and “Escape Plan,” but it’s unclear if they will appear on Utopia Travis Scott.
